  23.    As I recall, that was the *main* justification.  Of course, General Dynamics,
  24.    a division of GM, builds the nation's tanks.  The highways were built
  25.    after a major world war and during the cold war, when we were afraid of
  26.    being invaded (Is anyone still afraid of the threat of invasion?).

  39. heading for pacific coast harbours about 21 months ago.
