- Here is one time that environmentalists and myself switch sides. I favor
- *RECYCLING* nuclear wastes, while "environmentalists" are very against
- recycling. Why? Because you drop the volume by over an order of magnitude
- (roughly, I've got the exact numbers around here somewhere). And, by the
- way, the grand bulk of the temporary storage is from the nuclear *WEAPONS*
- programs, not the civilian nuke programs. Contrary to popular opinion,
- the civilian and military programs are not more related than saying that
- burglers and policemen are both law enforcement officers because they
- both use guns.
