  21. No.  Shoddy workmanship is so rare that you actually hear about each
  22. case on the news.  Think about that for a moment.  Think about why
  23. you rarely hear about shoddy workmanship in cars, houses and so on
  24. in the news.  The cost of decomissioning is collected every day
  25. as a percentage of revenue generated.

  37. back of a clapped out MicroBus.
