  13.    Our lab uses Keithley 500 and 570 series data acquistion products to
  14. collect our data.  I write the software using their Kdac500 software.
  15. I've been thinking of switching over to some different type of software to
  16. collect our data with, but don't have a good idea for what is out there
  17. that will control the Keithley cards.
  18.    I know there is LabWindows for the IBM(I'm using an IBM BTW) and Labtech
  19. notebook.  Labtech notebook is not the way I want to go.  At the moment,
  20. I write my programs in QuickBasic and Kdac500, and like the flexibility
  21. it gives me.  My biggest complaint with Kdac500 is it's size.  It takes
  22. up around 200K of memory.  Once I have the QuickBasic running as well, I
  23. only have around 50K for my program.
  24.    Can anyone give me some recommendations on any good packages?
