  12.     Jameco Electronics sells a T1-3/4 packaged Blue LED (Silicon Carbide)
  13. part number 5D16 currently for $2.95 each. I just ordered a couple from them, 
  14. in fact, and am eagerly awaiting my delivery. Jameco's number is 
  15. (800) 831-4242. NOTE: I have found NO ONE else (eg DigiKey, JDR, etc.,) yet
  16. who also sell these. If anyone out there knows of other places (cheaper, 
  17. preferably!), let me know!
