  39. To bias the thing up, use an RF choke in series with a resistor on the
  40. output pin.  Choose the resistor to supply 50 mA with the dc voltage
  41. at the output pin set to ~5V.  Make sure to include dc blocking caps
  42. on the inputs & outputs.
