- A friend of mine in Toronto told me about that foreign language radio stations
- in that city use some sort of "FM subcarrier" for broadcasting. The signal
- has to be received by special made radio sold by the stations.

- Does anyone have more detail on this kind of operation?
- Maybe someone in Toronto can tell me more about the technical side of this
- story.
