  11. This month's (I think) Radio Electronics magazine has a construction project
  12. for a "Surf" generator that may suit your needs.  Paia Electronics in
  13. Oklahoma (last I knew) sells kits for this sort of thing, ie, "The Wind,"
  14. "The Surf," etc.
