  25. 1N5314 = FET current source 4.70 mA +- .47, .235 mohms @25V,.012Mohm/6V
  26. 1N5290 = " "                0.47 ma +-.047, 2.70 M @25V,.75M/6V
  27. CIL256 = don't know
  28. I got this data from Motorola data books and the parts should still be 
  29. available.  Although the 1N p/n's are universal JEDEC numbers.  I believe 
  30. the CIL are from Japan.
