  28. Yes, Polygram recently issued a promo-only CD single that features music
  29. on both sides (one side features a track from A Man Called (E); the second
  30. side features a track from Shakespeare's Sister). The minimal information 
  31. printed on the CD is confined to the blank space around the spindal hole.
  32. I'm not sure how they manufactured it.

  34. This isn't the first time Polygram has taken an offbeat road to promote
  35. their artists. Around 1980, they issued a couple of promo-only samplers
  36. (vinyl LP's) that played from the inside-out (more recently, Capitol took
  37. the same route and issued a 12" EP by the group School of Fish that played
  38. from the inside out).
