- I have been using a Siliconix VN2410L (also known as BS-107?),
- which is an N-Channel enhancement mode mos-power transistor.
- It comes in a TO-92 case. I am activating the gate of this device
- by taking the output of a 54LS154F (4 line to 16 line decoder) and
- inverting it (74LS04). The inverted output goes to the Mosfet.
-
- I would like to eliminate the inverter, so I was wondering if anyone
- out there knows of a P-channel equivalent. The on/off switching times
- of this guy is 10 ns. Continuous current is not much (70 ma I think),
- but I'm using .1 to 2 usec. on time to switch 15 to 30 volts through
- a hand-wound transformer (to activate a small ultrasonic transducer).
-
- I'm not sure if the P-channel equivalent I'm looking for will work with
- TTL level signals, or if it would work with a 74LS154 instead of a 54LS154F.

- E-mail or post... Thanks ahead for any ideas...
