- Can any one suggest a good speach synthesis chip that constructs words,
- sentences etc. from a set of built in phonemes. All the devices on the market
- seem to be of the digitize/playback variety ?

- I've been told of a company called Berkeley Speach Technoledgy, or
- BEST ? (I think the E is for electronics), but I don't have any address for
- them - does anyone out there know it ? possibly even an E-mail address ...
