- It's amazing how hard it is to kill someone when you really want to. I was
- reading a short article about an electric chair execution the other day.
- Apparently the shock failed to kill the guy the first two times, but just
- blew the straps off. The funny thing is that the article said that the
- chair had been tested before the execution. How the heck do you test an
- electric chair?????????
