- Hi. I have an Smith-Corona electric typewriter that has a memory on
- it in addition to the standard electric typewriter functions. Trouble is,
- I never use it because computers are so much better, being port files
- and so forth. My question is this: Is there any way I could take
- this typewriter and convert it into a daisey-wheel printer for a computer?
- It seems to me that all I would have to do is add circuitry to allow
- it to connect to the machine and be controlled.. It might even be easier to
- start from scratch with the electronics, as all the crucial mechanical parts
- are present. If anybody has any ideas, comments, hints or suggestions,
- please let me know. Thanks guys,
