  17. Looks like Microchip Technology's logo.  However, the numbers don't seem
  18. to match up with anything in their databook.  They do sell the PIC series
  19. of microcontrollers; perhaps your chip is a custom version of one of them.
  20. (The standard PICs don't come in 20-pin packages.)
