  17. The sci.crypt FAQ has been dormant for a while, but has recently 
  18. been resurrected and is being reviewed by a "Cabal" of five.
  19. It'll be a couple of months, probably, before the FAQ is fully
  20. resurrected and posted.  It's currently 1100 lines long, and
  21. there are 7000 written lines of suggested changes, plus
  22. changes to be made that are as yet unwritten.
