  18. My troop was not very good at making decisions last year, so I designed a
  19. "Wish Box."  I told the girls to write down their wishes on little slips
  20. of paper and to place them in the box.  Whenever we felt it was time to 
  21. begin working on a new badge, someone would draw a wish from the 
  22. wish box.  For instance, one girl's wish was for money.  We then began
  23. to work on our Money Sense badge.  Another wished to visit the Humane
  24. Society.  We did our Pet Care badge. I don't know if we will be using
  25. this system next year or not, since, in the meantime, we worked on 
  26. the Decisionmaker Badge (_my_ choice!).
