  18. I heard the news on the radio today here in New Jersey and was Shocked.

  20. I knew and ran with Ron back in the 70's in St. Paul.
  21. He was the epitome of a tough endurance athlete.
  22. I remember him saying he'd never watch the  Super Bowl on TV
  23. when he could use the time instead as a participant by going
  24. out on a easy little 17 mile run in the snowy and cold winter.

  26. This hits home much more than the Jim Fix death,
  27. especially since I myself am now 50 and still consider myself
  28. immune to heart problems.
