- Just my opinion based on past experience: Personally I have run better on 10Ks
- on the track. I set my PR on the track; my best _race_ in terms of
- concentration, strategy, performance was on the track. Plus, a road or
- cross 10K can be just as dismal and boring as any track race if you
- are not running well.
