- In 6 weeks I will be running my first ultramarathon on a track
- (12 hours). I have run a 50 miler on trails before, as well as
- a few marathons, but have avoided tracks since highschool.
- I'm looking for hints, do-s/don't do-s, and general impressions
- on differences between plodding on a track and "normal" running.
- Will they be reversing the direction every few hours, or should
- I expect knee problems ???
- "General help" request: ...
- Thanks
