- In running down "very steep" hills there is no way of let the legs go.
- The faster you go the stronger you have to "brake".
- My opinion is that running fast downhill can only lead you to back problems
- and all other kind of problems. Don't do it.
- If the downhill is not "very steep", that is, you can let the legs go
- without your speed going to infinite, you can run as fast as you want.

- PS For skiing is really different. Take some good lessons, with the correct
- technique you should be able to come down effortlessy from anything but
- double diamond. I do, and I'm not an exceptional skier.
