  14. Just in case you didn't know, on Friday,
  15. John Regis ran the third fastest 300m ever (?31.7?) at Gateshead (and it was
  16. a very windy day). So that's two of our four in fine shape. Our second string
  17. 400m runner also ran faster than Roger Black in a meeting at Crystal Palace a couple of weeks back.
