  27. We have a "NARTREK" program that may do something for you.  It's a
  28. program of graduated skill levels, where you earn patches after
  29. achieving certain types of successful flights.  It starts off with
  30. easy things like 30-second streamer duration, and goes all the way
  31. up to original research work.  You can get information and a membership
