- I'm going to be vacuum bagging my first foam core wing in a few days, and
- I have a few simple questions regarding the process. I'm building a small
- hand launched glider (Chuperosa) which has balsa skins. What I don't
- understand is how to use the breather-cloth. I don't have any peel-ply (is
- this stuff needed) but someone suggested I can just use paper towels (I
- didn't really understand this). I've been told that I need to use something,
- else I won't have a proper air channel for the vacuum process to work. If
- you've done this (used an EZ-Vac I or something similar) and can explain what
- I do after I've sheeted the wing but before I put the thing in the bag, that
- would be great. Thanks for your help.
