- Give videotape a try. Or computer tape. Its quite a bit wider. Ano-
- ther possibility is plastic tablecloth matherial which you cut into
- strips.

- For powered combat the biggest problem is finding streamers that
- stay together when it rains, can stand up to 120+ mph and will pro-
- duce visible chunks when cut. Solutions range from taping crepe
- paper with masking tape to using plastic/paper laminated table-
- cloths (1990 and 1991 Nats) and machine sewing down the middle of
- crepe paper (produces a satisfying explosion of paper when a cut
- occurs).
