  13.  The air in the tank is heated up by its compression and holds water that will
  14. condense when the air cools in the tank but remains compressed.

  16.  I wonder if that stuff sold for sealing gas tanks would be a good treatment
  17. for a compressor if it's not too badly rusted. It'd be nice if the tank 
  18. weren't so inclined to rust out.
