  11. My brother has a 70's Mercedes Saloon with some hairy carburetter 
  12. problems and a blown head gasket.

  14. None of the mechanics he has approached seem willing or able to fix either
  15. or these problems.  The carburettor has never been right since the last
  16. mechanic he found that _would_ touch it finished with it!

  18. Now there _must_ be a decent Mercedes mechanic _somewhere_ near Oxford U.K.
