- Hi,
-
- I would like to raise the car body against the wheel axle. Is there
- any decent way of doing this in a house garage? I have been thinking
- of step-up devices made of rubber which go in between the spring and
- the upper spring holder of wheel struts.
- The trouble is that I might need a special tool to vise the spring.
- Has anybody have done a strut job at home with or without the vise?
- If it is necessary to have this vise, how much is this vise?
-
- Thank you.
-
- Hugh
