  17. I would like to raise the car body against the wheel axle.  Is there
  18. any decent way of doing this in a house garage?  I have been thinking
  19. of step-up devices made of rubber which go in between the spring and
  20. the upper spring holder of wheel struts.
  21. The trouble is that I might need a special tool to vise the spring.
  22. Has anybody have done a strut job at home with or without the vise?
  23. If it is necessary to have this vise,  how much is this vise?
