- I've used both Hide Food(tm) and Lexol on my cars. Both are good products. My
- Ferrari has Connolly leather, so I use the recommended product (Hide Food).
- Used properly, it does not leave a residue. But you can't just wipe it on,
- wipe it off, and expect best results. You must wipe it on, wait a while, wipe
- off excess, wait a while, wipe again, then it's fine. Same instructions apply
- to Lexol, which I use on my Ford Explorer leather.
