  23. Too bad.  We pay $2.50 for a gallon of gas and $65/year for registration.
  24. I have a car of average value and have driven for 10 years without an 
  25. accident (although I have made a couple of comprehensive claims) - 
  26. insurance $900/year.

  28. Every three years we have to get a new drivers licence - $15 for
  29. the photograph and another $35(?) for the licence itself.

  31. Americans just don't realize how good they have it...
