  23. You could almost buy two RX-7's for the price of an M5, and each one will
  24. peel the paint right off the M5. Faster acceleration, better brakes, better
  25. handling. Same for a new Corvette LT-1, same for a 300zx twin turbo, same
  26. for a Stealth/3000GT.

  28. The M5's of the mid-late 80's were among the faster cars of their day, but
  29. comparing a new M5 to any of the recent generation of super-sports cars is
  30. a little far-fetched. The new 5-series body is just too heavy.
