  15. I would appreciate any information on the possible use of digital
  16. technologies to restore worn and damaged old recordings.  I have a 
  17. badly worn and scratched 78 and I am wondering whether it is possible
  18. to read the record with a laser, digitize, and clean up the signal
  19. If you know where I might inquire to explore this possibility, please let me
