  11. I have a Carver CT-17 preamp tuner and a TFM-25 amp driving
  12. some really big Klipsch speakers. The preamp has built-in 
  13. surround sound capabilities to run 5 speakers. ( 2 main front,
  14. 2 rear and 1 center dialogue channel) I am about ready to 
  15. expand the system to it's full surround sound glory and I need
  16. some info about amps. My main amp is 2 channels (225 watts per chan)
  17. and drives the mains up front. Now I need amps to drive the
  18. rear and center channel. A while back I saw a Carver 3-channel amp
  19. suited for this purpose, but it was about $650 which I thought was
  20. a little much. Should I go with a 3-channel amp or get 2 amps and
  21. bridge one into mono for the center channel? Are there other good
  22. 3-channel amps that anyone would care to recommend?
