- This depends on which country he beams down to. Here in Sweden, he would
- admittedly be "an animal", but our hunting laws explicitly forbids the
- hunting of all animals, except specified species, and at specified times.
- (I think it is the reverse in the UK and USA?)

- We actually had a cyborg here, a while. This was a man with an artificial
- heart, and it was during the time death was defined as the lack of a
- working heart, so yes, he was legally dead. The law was changed shortly
- afterwards, now it is concerned with brain activity.
