  20.     The point is not that the price is high, it's that if they're
  21. going to raise the cents figure from the traditional 95, they could 
  22. at least round it up to a whole dollar instead of making it an
  23. unaesthetic 99. (Recall that this thread started with the observation
  24. that some publishers have rounded hardback prices up to a whole dollar.)
