  20. He manages several houses in Lincoln City (Roads End and other places).  He
  21. may have other rentals, but I'm not sure.  His phone # in Portland is
  22. 760-8654.  I've had very good luck dealing with him.

  24. Another possibility is through Carolyn Plummer Real Estate in Lincoln
  25. City.  I've rented through them before.  They manage lots of houses.
  26. I think that the management side of the business is called Pacific
  27. Retreats.
