  11. crime?  If the answer is, "Not much," there's a program you should watch.

  13. J.J. Bittenbinder's program, "Street Smarts," will air on PBS's
  14. WHYY TV (Philadelphia channel 12) at the following dates and times:

  17. Tues.  8/25  7:00  p.m.
  18. Wed.   8/26  7:00  p.m.
  19. Thurs. 8/27  12:50 p.m.
  20. Fri.   8/28  9:00  p.m.
  21. Sat.   8/29  12:50 p.m.

  23. This program, which gives basic self-defense advice, has been quite
  24. popular in this area.  Copies of his act in paper transcript and cassette form
  25. have been snapped up so quickly that WHYY has had trouble meeting the demand.
  26. Nationwide the show attracted 3,220,000 households during its premiere week.

  28. There is a sequel to this program in the works, tentatively entitled "Street
  29. Smarts for Young People."  It is currently scheduled to air in December.
