- It may be clear to you that the above is how C News operates, but it's
- also utterly wrong. Since in.coming may be in a different file system
- from the article tree (due to mounts or symbolic links), and since
- articles usually arrive in batches (if they don't, they should), articles
- are copied out of the batches (in in.coming) into the article tree. The
- "Fast" File System should be able to cope with all of this.
