  10. I would like to save my reply mail.  I currently have the following line
  11. in my .mailrc file:

  13. set record=/u17/pdh/.mailout
  14.  
  15. which causes all outgoing mail from the UCB mail command to also be recorded
  16. in the specified file.  I also have a means by which I can automatically
  17. update the file when my home path changes.

  19. Mail sent as a reply from NN does not get saved that way, and I would like
  20. to have it all saved in the same way, preferrably in the same file and in
  21. the same format.  It should save it with all headers as mailed.

  23. Recently I sent a reply to Bill Wohler's FAQ posting and somehow the whole
  24. FAQ got included.  I'd like to figure out what went wrong, but I have no
  25. copy of the outgoing mail and I am sure Bill would not have kept it (but
  26. I could be wrong).

  28. There have been a couple other times I'd have liked to see what it was I
  29. actually mailed out, and since NN replies are not yet being saved, I cannot
  30. figure out problems related to them yet.
