  13. Access to Internet is invaluable to me: FTP, USENET News, TELNET logons, etc.
  14. How can I obtain access to it from my home?  I have an excellent PC, a Sun
  15. workstation, and numerous modems.

  17. I'm expecting that I'll need to buy an account on some system, and will have
  18. to modem in.  Who do I contact?  How much will this cost?  Where to I begin?
  19. I'm in the central NY region (Utica, Syracuse) and would prefer to avoid
  20. long distance phone charges if possible.
