  22. be prepared for a sudden lane change - sans signal. If you see
  23. a car in front of you with rear end damage, be prepared for a
  24. sudden unexpected stop. And how many times have you seen cars
  25. with front end damage tail-gating you.... so speed up and get
  26. the hell away from them.
