  13. I am looking to rent a 2-bedroom house, preferably in the U-District, 
  14. Ravenna-Bryant or Wedgewood areas.

  16. I am not a student, have a full time job here at the UW, and am tired
  17. of living in an apartment setting that is beginning to feel as if I
  18. live in student housing.

  20. I am pretty up on what current rental prices are and don't expect a 
  21. miracle but can't pay $1200 a month.  Would like to pay in the $600
  22. to $800 range but would prefer to stay towards the lower end of that.
