  26.     That's only if you're a sysop, postmaster, or some other form of 
  27. "agent" representing the internet. Users, however, are still encouraged 
  28. to use prayer while logged in (or at the very least, to cross their 
  29. fingers).

  37.     Not necessarily. If they limit their prayers to exhortations for 
  38. help from gender and ethnic non-specific gods then their prayers might
  39. be allowable under federal guidelines.
