- That's only if you're a sysop, postmaster, or some other form of
- "agent" representing the internet. Users, however, are still encouraged
- to use prayer while logged in (or at the very least, to cross their
- fingers).

- Not necessarily. If they limit their prayers to exhortations for
- help from gender and ethnic non-specific gods then their prayers might
- be allowable under federal guidelines.
