  23. Well, defined 'major'.  If you define major as those buildings used for
  24. commerce, such as major shopping areas, or for government services, such as
  25. ministry buildings, fire stations, police stations, etc. then perhaps this
  26. is absolutely true.  If I were shelling a city, I wouldn't waste a whole
  27. lot of ammo shelling individual residences or apartment buildings....

  36. Your definition of 'major' may well have to do with size.  I don't know
  37. theirs, but mine would include the following:

  39.   Ministry Buildings (ie Govt. Agencies)
  40.   Police Stations
  41.   Schools/Universities
  42.   Fire Stations
  43.   Shopping areas
  44.   Industrial areas
  45.   Transportation centers
  46.   Hospitals
  47.  
  48. and other target of opportunity...
  49.  
  50. By no means would this consist of a majority of buildings...but it would
  51. effectively ruin the city...
