- well, I live in Ohio and when I visited Chicago I used my parking card and
- didn't have any problems. this could mean the chicago police do not patrol
- around parking lots or do not care who parks in disabled spots, or that
- you can use your card out of state. :)

- i'm not "in the know," but I do not see why you couldn't use your card while
- out of state (just as long as the card is from the same state your plates
- are).
