  20. How about, out of country?  I used my Government of Ontario issued
  21. placard in Florida last year and was never challenged.

  23. I think that as lomg as Federal govts and Provincial/State govts can't
  24. settle on a single standard then it should be up to _them_ to keep track
  25. and should not be a worry to us.

  28. placard or plate would be given the benefit of doubt.
