- Not all deaf/blind people are both totally deaf and totally blind.
- Most have either enough hearing to get by with a hearing aid, or
- some usable sight. I'm deaf/blind but can read the screen
- normally, even though I can't see the entire screen at the same
- time (due to my narrow angle of vision.)
