  27. YES!  DEFINITELY!!  It's just an election-year ploy by a BKBOP
  28. to keep himeelf in office at the expense of the disABLED community.
  29. Unfortunately, said community has yet to achieve any recognition
  30. as a political force to be reckoned with, despite the ADA push.
