  23. I have Cerebral Palsy and I only read misc.handicap occasionally
  24. because of the time it takes to get through all the articles for
  25. the ones of interest to me.  As a matter of fact, the above is the
  26. first I saw of a split discussion, the others must have expired
  27. before I saw them.

  29. I think a split is long over due and while we are at it, how about making
  30. it unmoderated?
