  11. Does anyone here maintain a list of people who have been
  12. dishonest in the purchase or sale of computer equipment on
  13. this newsgroup?  Such a list, it seems to be, would be
  14. extremely useful to people trying to buy or sell equipment
  15. here.  It would also serve as a blacklist and deterrent to
  16. those planning to be dishonest in the future.

  18. Of course, care would have to be taken that no one was placed
  19. on the list wrongly.  Maybe verifying claims of fraud is
  20. too difficult over USENET.
